TRANSFORMATIONAL COACHING CERTIFICATION
with an Emphasis in Somatic Integration Therapy

Many of us were trained to understand the mind. Others were trained to understand the body.

The people we work with never arrive in pieces.

Our one-year certification prepares practitioners to accompany transformation.

Integrating depth psychology, somatic integration, attachment theory, affective neuroscience, and contemplative practice into one coherent approach.

Next cohort begins September 19, 2026.

Welcome to the next level of transformation and integration for practitioners who have reached the edge of their original training.

Transformational Coaching with an Emphasis in Somatic Integration Therapy is an immersive online certification program that teaches you how to work skillfully at the intersection of mind, body, and consciousness.

Grounded in depth psychology, somatics, interpersonal neurobiology, and contemplative traditions, this program offers a truly integrative pathway into the heart of transformational change.

Our trauma-informed approach supports both you and those you serve in cultivating:

  • deeper self-awareness

  • emotional regulation and resilience

  • clarity of intuition and inner guidance

  • embodied authenticity

  • attuned and ethical presence with clients

  • greater ease and coherence in the body

You will learn how to guide transformational processes safely, compassionately, and effectively—supporting clients through meaningful shifts that create long-term change.

Perhaps you’ve found yourself here…

Your training was in the body.

You know how to create space. You know how to guide movement, breath, meditation, or contemplative practice. You can feel when something important is happening.

Then a student stays behind after class, and what she tells you isn’t about her shoulder. What’s emerging asks more of you than your original training prepared you for.

Or your training was in the psyche.

Your clients gain remarkable insight. They recognize long-standing patterns and can often explain them with clarity.

And still: one of them has understood her pattern for three years. She can trace it to its origin, describe it more articulately than you can. She still can’t stop. Understanding alone doesn’t always lead to lasting change.

Either way…

The people who come to us don’t arrive in pieces.

Neither should the way we learn to accompany them.

Why this matters now

We are living through a time of profound psychological, cultural, and spiritual transition. Old models of healing—overly cognitive, disembodied, or symptom-focused—no longer meet the complexity of what clients are facing.

People are struggling with fragmentation, overwhelm, meaning crises, dysregulation, and wounds that live as much in the body as in the mind.

They are asking for guides who can hold depth, hold nuance, and hold them.

This program meets that need.

Because clients now require practitioners who can…

  • Understand the interplay of nervous system states, psyche, and consciousness

  • Work with trauma in a regulated, ethical, and somatically-informed way

  • Recognize archetypes, complexes, patterns, and the unconscious

  • Support integration, not just insight

  • Create belonging, safety, and coherence in a rapidly destabilizing world

  • Guide transformation that is embodied, not performative

Because healing is shifting from quick fixes to deep integration.

People are no longer looking only for strategies.

They want presence.

They want attunement.

They want a guide who can walk with them into the deeper layers of their experience and help them return with clarity, meaning, and self-trust.

Because the world needs practitioners who are grounded, compassionate, and skillfully awake.

This program trains coaches and helpers who can meet the moment and serve as anchors of integrity, insight, and embodied transformation. You're already meeting these people. This program is designed to help you meet them with greater confidence, depth, and discernment.

Who is this program for?

Whether you’re a therapist, coach, yoga teacher, bodyworker, or contemplative practitioner, this training is designed for those who have reached the edge of what their original discipline alone can offer.

You may have discovered that insight doesn’t always lead to change. Or that profound emotional material can emerge in spaces that were never intended to become therapeutic. Perhaps you’ve sensed there is a deeper intelligence in the body, the psyche, and the relational field than your original training fully prepared you to work with.

Our students come from many professional backgrounds, but they share something important: a commitment to meeting the whole person with greater skill, presence, and discernment.

This program welcomes:

  • Therapists, counselors, and social workers

  • Coaches and transformational practitioners

  • Yoga teachers and meditation instructors

  • Somatic practitioners and bodyworkers

  • Leaders, mentors, and facilitators

If you are beginning your professional path or deepening decades of experience, this training offers a rigorous, experiential, and deeply human approach to accompanying transformation.

Who This Program Is Not For

This training isn’t designed for everyone, and we’d rather be clear about that from the beginning.

This program may not be for you if:

  • You’re looking for a quick certification. This is a year-long training with twenty-four live teaching days, personal practice, and a final project.

  • Your primary goal is marketing or business growth. We do address building an ethical and sustainable practice, but the heart of this training is learning to accompany human transformation.

  • You’re looking for techniques without engaging your own transformational process. Throughout the year, you’ll be invited into your own transformational process. That isn’t separate from the training — it is the training.

  • You’re seeking a pathway to psychotherapy licensure. This certification does not qualify graduates to practice psychotherapy or replace clinical licensure requirements.

  • The schedule doesn’t fit your life. Twelve weekends across the year — Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am–3:00pm Pacific. This work asks for the time to engage fully.

What makes this program unique

1. A Truly Integrative Approach

This program weaves together depth psychology, somatic practices, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and contemplative traditions. You learn how mind, body, and consciousness interact, and how to work with all three in a grounded, ethical way.

2. Trauma-Informed + Transformation-Oriented

We teach transformation from a place of nervous system safety, not intensity. Students learn how to guide clients gently, effectively, and without retraumatization.

3. Embodiment First, Techniques Second

You don’t simply learn tools; you learn to embody them. This creates coaches who are attuned, present, and trustworthy guides in moments that matter.

4. Rooted in Depth & Soul

Drawing from Jungian psychology, yoga psychology, and integrative neuroscience, the program honors both the psychological and the sacred dimensions of healing.

5. Direct Access to Experienced Mentors

You train directly with Leanne and Shilah — the people who designed and continue to evolve the program — not assistants or pre-recorded modules. This intimate mentorship is part of what students value most.

6. A Community That Feels Like Belonging

You are held inside a supportive, diverse cohort of practitioners committed to integrity, depth, compassion, and real inner work.

7. Time for Depth

With 144 live contact hours across twelve weekends, this training creates the time and continuity needed for meaningful learning, personal transformation, and the gradual development of skill.

Meet Your Instructors

Hi! We are Leanne and Shilah, and we will be your instructors throughout the year-long course.

This program was born out of a desire to create an offering that reflected the importance of both an academic and embodied educational experience. In our own roles in our respective professions, we have found that now is the time to bridge any gaps between mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual approaches. We are both explorers and Yogis at heart, and with our combined backgrounds we have sought to create something that sits at the intersection of science and spirituality and synthesizes the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual aspects of the human experience.
